The Wiki is nice, but a lot of entires presume a level of knowledge about Minecraft that makes it significantly less accessible than these books.

Some people like to hold a book in their hand. I’m one, and thankfully my son has a little bit of that in him too. I bought him these books the first time I saw them (separately; I found three one day then the fourth a week later and didn’t see the boxed set until months later). I paid a lot more than $14 for them, but he has loved them as much as the game itself.
