Does it include the weekly sound of a person clipping their toenails one cubicle over?
Or the weird ringtones that everyone chooses?
Or the everyday conversation with my neighbor’s hard-of-hearing parent?
Or the occasional sound of expelling gas?
No, I don’t miss those office sounds at all – I get to create my own personal sounds now.

I can sort of get missing working with people, if you’re extoverted, but the office sounds? Which Scandinavian capital would that syndrome be from?
