My favorite vegetable peeler is Beetle Bailey. . . poor guy is always on KP duty.

Don’t bother. I bought them the last time he recommended them. They’re crap. Very flimsy. Not sharp at all. I stood there wondering how these brand new peelers could be so inferior to my years-old OXO Good Grips. It’s ergonomic, stays sharp and has a good heft which helps keep the momentum of each stroke. Plus the Kuhn forces your hand into an unnatural position since the blade is orthogonal to the OXO’s.
