Nothing quite so futuristic. It’s just the default representation of Swedish kronor, marking a whole unit amount. It’s in a way kind of old fashioned in that the öre, the Swedish cent or penny, is completely defunct for non-electronic transactions to the point that even the 50 öre coin was phased out in 2010, but the :- representation lives on alongside the equally common “kr” suffix on prices.
