Dates have been announced for Los Angeles, Portland, and Seattle thus far. I’d assume more are on the way. They are touring with multimedia artist SUE-C.
No word yet on whether The Weatherman will be participating.

I’ve wanted to see a Negativland show for decades but the stars never really aligned for me, and I wasn’t sure if they would tour again after Richard Lyons and Don Joyce died in 2016. (What a shitty year.) I’ll be going with a friend that has never heard of them before but when I explained what they were about he was intrigued.
