I think that the headline of this article somewhat misrepresents what the campaign is about. This video is intended as supplemental to the current advertising campaign “Do something new, New Zealand”, which encourages New Zealand citizens to visit lesser known attractions and destinations as a means to support struggling businesses while the borders are closed. That said, I do not think this latest video is entirely successful in communicating that message, especially when viewed without the context of the rest of the campaign.
