I hate how everyone claims to be ‘cleared’ or ‘exonerated’ simply because no charges were brought. Those words should only apply when found not guilty by a judge or jury. Otherwise, it’s just a case of lack of evidence, not being ‘cleared’. But, liars gonna make the most of what they can, I guess.
