Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
These (and other) ratfuckers love to claim ‘if it’s not in the Constitution, it’s not allowedf’.
And they always forget about the 9th Amendment.
