Now that Trump's FCC has killed Net Neutrality, we all need to participate in instrumenting the net to document violations

Sounds like a good project. I need to dig into the details past the linked wired article. @doctorow: Any insight into how they are planning on anonymizing data, since it is a process that is often not done as well as researchers think?

Northeastern university, not Northwestern.

Is this for US-based internet consumers only, or can anyone participate and contribute?

Another way to participate: push for unequivocal statements from ISPs supporting continued net neutrality. Check out what Cogent has done. If all the tech companies that we work for (or own) would award contracts (or preference points) on this basis, other ISP’s may jump (back?) on the Net Neutrality train.
