It’s not just NYC either, seems to be every city has this scene. About eighty kids came rumbling by at 11pm on my street last week, running stop signs, doing wheelies, only half wearing helmets, on dirt bikes and 4-wheeler ATVs. I saw a kid doing a wheelie nearly hit a bus a couple years ago, he lost control and veered into the oncoming lane.
