IIRC, the engines of European F-35s are supposed to be serviced in Turkey, article only mentions planes ordered by Turkey are not to be delivered.
Update:
If this goes through, Turkey won’t produce parts for the F-35.

Good write-up, worth a read.
Additional fun fact: a lot of the set and the props from Cleopatra were re-used shortly after to film Carry On Cleo. Which is why this film of the series effortlessly has the best production values, by a long chalk.
