They are developing “AI and other tech based tools to…” shut the fuck up Springer. If you charge people to read this shit, pay people to read it first. An undergrad in an unrelated discipline could have caught most of those. They are Markov chains.

The “A” in AI is there for a reason. If you don’t know how to do something yourself, the chances of the computer learning to do it for you are vanishingly thin.
