I once went on a full-day hike through mountainous terrain with two men who teased me for refusing to drink the water from the streams we passed. By the end of the afternoon, not only were they both so ill that a doctor had to be helicoptered in, but one of them was literally that exact shade of green (never seen that before or since!).
