You’ve been told not to say ‘women doctors’, over and over again by many people. It’s a noun, not an adjective. The adjective to use to modify the noun in this case is ‘female’. Which you’ve also been told, over and over again.
How about “don’t ask if you are going to repeatedly ignore the answer.”
You see, it’s our fault, all of us, because we’re not giving the answer we’re supposed to. Until we do, nothing can be understood.
@anon67050589 had a particularly clear answer to these questions. I don’t know why the take away has been “never say it because wimmins get mad” rather than it’s hurtful to many women and we feel dehumanized when these are used in these particular ways?
Maybe it only counts if a man says it?
I think this has run its course.
Is this how you work in all things? If a woman says she doesn’t want to interact with you, you will continue to press for an answer with an explanation of why instead of backing off?
What you are doing is Sea Lioning - demanding that people debate you, and making this - and many other topics about educating you, rather than the original point of the topic.
What’s worse though, is you are outright dismissing the responses of many Women in this topic as unacceptable, instead placing yourself as the arbiter of what is an acceptable reason for Women to request that they not be called “Females” until you found enough random evindence on the web to change your mind.
Enough.
