Weird fact: Jerry Lewis was considered the “fastest draw” among actors in westerns, followed by Sammy Davis Jr., though some claimed that Peter Breck was faster. This could be because Lewis was timed in the 1950s, and Breck in the 1960s.

It’s so weird to me to find out how famous they were.
Apart from this one post, I think the only time I’d ever heard of Martin and Lewis was a joke about the Martin and Lewis coloring book not selling well in the Dick van Dyke show.
Only tangentially related, but I came across this clip of Martin and Roger Miller the other day which is delightful, as are most things Miller Related.
