I just love that I can charge my laptop, my Switch (or its controllers), my headphones, or my phone (alas, with a C to lightning cable) from the same brick. I’m trying to cut down the bag of cables that lives in my backpack to the minimum possible. But if I carry a battery with only one C port, then I need A cables (or adapter dongles) to charge more than one device at a time, and I don’t get fast charging…
A is fine for desktop peripherals, though. I just want to get rid of it for anything portable.
