When The Network was released it still seemed like an out-there idea that TV ratings would one day be deemed more important than even a single life.
And yet here we are, in such a short space of time.

Yeah, everybody knows that GWBâs âMission Accomplishedâ banner was the worst thing that happened during the war in Iraq. 
We only remember 2 lies from that war so in a sense, it worked.
I am very much not a psychiatrist, but I have to admit that I feel like we are watching him absolutely lose whatever faculties he once had, on national tv and in real time. It would be sad if he were not the president. But he is, so it is abso-fucking-lutely terrifying.
He simply canât die soon enough.
I literally donât care about the cause at this point.
I donât disagree but Iâve felt that way every day since he launched his campaign.
