Over 700 million people have taken steps to improve privacy since Snowden

Here’s some interesting perspective: “Only” 39% of people have done something because of Snowden … and 2014 voter turnout in the US was 36%.

And a little more than half of that 36% is evidently enough to mean – at least according to some Repub leaders – that Obama should stop pretending to be President.
