Pandemic sourdough: Friday Fry Bread

Somebody I met originally here on the BBS many years ago came from a European country to visit me on a cross-U.S. trip, and because one of the things we bonded over was making bread, she brought her sourdough starter (which she had gotten 20 years previously from a different European country). Once a starter is solid, you can do pretty much anything to it and it will come back, no problem.

Finally a recipe for my discard. I just made it and they were quite tasty.
