Maybe I’m reading this wrong but it seems to me that he was dropped by WilmerHale and as a result he’s forced to use the firm he had before he hired WilmerHale. I saw nothing to suggest Manafort dropped WilmerHale.
The nukes are about to drop so he doesn’t need to worry about it…
Yeah, is he switching to a better legal team, or did his original lawyer say “I can’t defend you anymore, sorry.”
