Well. . . it looks like a vintage gold foil pickup, anyway . . . .
I’m curious how much this pickup actually resembles the gold foil pickups of the past. The only technical information I see posted is that it is rail-style. Nothing about the weird rubbery magnets, potting, or the foil itself. It sounds cool & indeed microphonic, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it is a gold foil in looks only.
