Hey, fezzes are cool.

Children do, and adults who are only adults biologically and not mentally.

We’ve got lots of both.

No. it does not.

By that “way”, they mean not exactly like them, because they are right and anyone who disagrees is incorrect.

Does it count as illegal if he wasn’t supposed to be carrying guns, cause he was on probation?

Oh, I’m sure, but I’d genuinely like to hear what that person has to say for himself.

If nothing else in my time here so far, I’ve learned that the members here have a multitude of different viewpoints.

I agree with your comment because that’s where you have to keep guns when transporting them. However, when the police asked to search his trunk and he agreed, that’s when all the fun started. As a Californian, I don’t want out-of-state visitors bringing illegal guns into my state. For once, I have to back the cops’ due diligence.

This.

(and I say this as a gun owner, and a target shooting enthusiast)

Also, tannerite is remarkably stable, and would suck as an “improvised explosive”. It’d pretty much be useless unless you were planning on making a bomb that you had to shoot with a rifle to set off (or you also happen to have blasting caps). Much more likely he just had some as his out of state accumulation of guns and stuff to shoot for fun boom.

But… We’re not allowed to have tannerite here in CA. Legal in other states, not in CA. So, as far as the po-po are concerned it is an illegal explosive substance.

We’ve got enough problems without people with a history of violence and not being allowed to possess firearms bringing their guns into CA, and then JUST STORING THEM IN A F-ING CAR (which is also illegal). In CA you’re only allowed to keep your gun(s) in the car if traveling to or from a range, a hunting area, etc… or your workplace (where you’re ostensibly allowed to carry), and your home. Otherwise, you are required to store them in a secure manner, either in a CA approved safe, or with one of those annoying locking cable through the action locks.

So, this guy was in violation of at least a few laws regardless of whatever the F his intent was at pride.
