Hell. I’m just wondering how a Russian intelligence and security agency “modelled on the US FBI” can at all operate ethically and effectively in a kleptocracy. I’m guessing the police chief et al simply made the mistake of dipping their noses in the competitions’ trough… or maybe the competition just wanted to muscle in on a good idea.

A golden toilet in a luxury villa dripping in Rococo tat is exactly the kind of corruption I would expect from a Russian police chief.
Am disappoint.
It’s Russia so he had to piss off the wrong guy just to strung up on these charges.
