Ah, that sounds like a far more helpful policy! I think I said somewhere up this thread that churches have historically at times acted as spaces of sanctuary and it’s great that they are doing this now.

I think you need to read up on the Vatican Bank, another issue where the new Pope has the right ideas.
When the head of Goldman Sachs said he was doing God’s work, he was just echoing the title of the Bank, which is Istituto per le Opere di Religione - Institution for the Works of Religion. But when you type Vatican Bank into Google you may get a surprise.

There are 89 parishes in the archdiocese of Hamburg Oddly enough, the suffragan dioceses of Osnabruck and Hildesheim have 227 and 170 respectively.
