Note to future Six Sigma belt holders:
If you are implementing a Six Sigma method/system (whatever it’s called) that improves your processes, and some other team is rolling out software that automates the existing processes, please have a word with the other team before they’re finished. Better yet, before the requirements are written*.
*Also, write your own requirements, don’t make the software team do it.
