Well, he didn’t kill any fuckload of people. He raped a fuckload of people.
I’d say a just and appropriate punishment for the likes of him would be to never hace even the opportunity to fuck someone again. I mean millions of people get off jerking. Why should a sex offender do any better?
I mean… there are lots of English folks here… Again, I think it’s just the way you’ve phrased this comment that’s the problem. The way you wrote it sounded as if you think rape doesn’t cause serious damage to the victims, but it seems like you meant to say that the English legal system understands rape in that way and that you understand the logic. Am i wrong?
Was it? Is it your or Enkita’s point that rape is not “classified as a serious injury”? Is that even a classification in the U.K.? I mean this isn’t a personal injury tort or claim. This is a criminal case. The only mention of classification is where Enkita said it is classified as a violent crime. What’s been bothering is his offering of this opinion
That’s not some quote about legal classification but rather how Enkita chose to view the crime.
WOW! Am cancelling my flight now! I surely do not want to be in an area that cares so little for its victims, to release an obviously flawed individual who thinks he can (and apparently not without merit) rape and pillage! Shame on all involved in setting this man free to rape again! Perhaps one of the parole board members can be offered “house arrest” with THEM as their sole housemate? Seems fare! BOOK 'EM DANO! A world without a mind!
