No no, it’s just for cataloging genealogical data, honest!
I read somewhere that it was part of their mobile monitoring. E.g. they want to watch a baddie so they stick some cameras on light poles around his house. In other words I don’t think it’s really anything special, just part of their standard toolbox. The lack of response suggests it could be more than that though. “Is there a Streisand in the house?”
