Yes, like that. Or like this: http://www.cc.com/video-clips/yfmksi/the-daily-show-with-jon-stewart-the-audacity-of-grope

P.S. Major props to Angela Merkel for looking so uncomfortable.

What could that possibly mean?

It means that I was thrilled to see Ms. Merkel openly showing the loathing that so many foreign heads of state must have felt for Bush II, but kept hidden. Ms. Merkel’s cringe showed just how I felt every time Bush II opened his mouth.

P.S. A more polite way to have framed your question would have been to have written, “I don’t understand what you’re saying. Could you please explain?”

How about the loathing many many many people have at being touched against or without their consent, without warning, by anyone, anywhere, ever?

Never mind at a table of heads of state, that’s inappropriate just about everywhere.

Her capacity to stifle her reaction down to that level is why she is called a dignitary, and Bush(43) is very much NOT.

Does that ever work for you, policing people’s tone like that? Expecting them to conform to your own notions of politeness, and to hell with whatever theirs might be? In my book, THAT’S impolite, and worse. Especially when a member of a dominant majority does it to a member of a minority. (And it’s not just me; please look up “tone policing.”)

Is it tone policing when you lecture someone else for allegedly tone policing, or is that content policing?

BTW, I like your Kshama Sawant $15 bill. We need more like her.

Only women’s tones need to be policed, actually.
