Pazuzu isn’t even all that evil. I think Pazuzu transcends evil and remains just obscenely powerful to even the most powerfully obscene.
If you want a trinket to ward off all other evil, Pazuzu is your… ummm… entity.

From my understanding Pazuzu is the very definition of the lesser evil - the evil spirit you call to scare the other evil spirits away (maybe at the cost of a bit of famine, but those other evil spirits are bad).
