Wow, I forgot about the recurring role on Soap. His list of TV and movie credits is truly impressive. Another childhood fave gone, but not forgotten.

One of those versatile character actors who was still immediately recognisable as a “that guy”. Glad he was able to practise his craft almost to the end.

I watch Papillon probably once a year as it’s one of my favorite movies…seeing his image instantly reminded me of his small (but significant) role in the move - RIP.
