I’m not familiar with Radio Disney, but that second one had kind of a polka style intro. I was waiting for Weird Al to leap into the frame, singing and playing his accordion.
Everything is better with Al and his accordion.

And a solid example of the difference between minor and major progressions.
As strange as (but not as well produced as) what the Easy Star All Stars did to Radiohead, Floyd and the Beatles.
