Scalia died in the last year of Obama’s presidency, and the Rs royally screwed the process. Early in his term, Obama managed to get Kagan and Sotomayor on the bench with little opposition. RBG was 75 when Obama started his presidency. I respect her resiliency, but this is getting to be an easily lost seat.
