I’m just spitballing here but… what if we make a billion-dollar-gigapixel-page where one can buy space for 1USD per pixel then when it’s sold out we NTFize the resulting “art” so we can have our cake and eat it?

They’d add two zeros on to that if they knew anything about art.
Apple doesn’t just allow any apps into the app store though. They are very strict over the quality of apps.

Many years ago a guy posted an ad in the back of Popular Mechanix whose only text was “Send Me One Dollar!” and a PO box. Of course this racket has gravitated toward the internet.
