Rhode Island proposes blocking all online porn and charging $20 to unblock it

Come on. It was a joke. I’ll spell it out for you: “Cox” sounds very similar to “cocks”, and the latter feature prominently in porn. This is not about ‘being right’, this is more about flogging dead horses

Frank Ciccone wants to be the largest porn provider on Rhode Island without even having to host any porn.

Step 1: Report this image as containing nudity: https://www.nasa.gov/sites/default/files/668774main_pioneer_plaque.jpg
Step 2: get the entire .gov domain blacklisted.

Oh my! That looks amazing! Thanks!

at least they understamd their constituents

what is the fine for circumvention, and can it please be 'disallowed from statewide office?

If they need the money so badly (and $20 for porn capability just SCREAMS “we’re broke as hell, we need the cash!!!”) why not legalize cannabis? Bostonians and folks even as far south as Manhattan just LOVES them some weed, and wouldn’t hesitate to make RI the most important tourist hot spot north of South of the Border.

This being about porn, my brain immediately said “Up an orifice…”

If it’s implemented, I fear Rhode Island will lose its wicked.

Wishful thinking. This would be a beautiful thing but I seriously doubt this is where the money would land.
