Our daughter was 12 when that one came out. Leo and Claire were all the rage.
We were the evil parents and the only ones on the planet who wouldn’t let their 12 year old see the movie.
She got over it.

We were shown this at school at the age of 12-13 (1985ish, UK). One member of the class fainted.
We were also shown Zefirelli’s Romeo & Juliet at about the same time, but I don’t remember any nudity, so maybe censored.
