Based on the image (and headline), I assumed something in the vein of Ryan North’s To Be or Not to Be choose-your-own-adventure book (and video game), or one of the sequels, Romeo and/or Juliet and William Shakespeare Punches a Friggin’ Shark and/or Other Stories. The overt level of silliness in the concept is the same - though the comic is somehow more and less silly than I expected… it (superficially) seems to take itself seriously while being fundamentally ridiculous.
