As many folks have already noted this lawsuit is likely only going to bite Moore on the ass:

There’s no way SHO’s lawyers didn’t have him and everyone else they featured on the show sign waivers.

Moore’s ship has sunk. At this depth the only people still supporting him are likely furious with SBC, and Moore probably has to sue to save face. Plus this gives Moore another chance to fleece the sheep, this may actually be a good thing for him.

good point but I do wonder about the intricacies of that defence when the set up is quite obvious there obviously was some planning and a premeditated insinuation was achieved.
