Fair enough! This is horrific and very much real world.
Though I do note in my defence I did frame this little cocktail fact as eminently writeoffable.

I was a bit curious about where the worst of the initial radioactive plume landed in 1986, and found Russia would likely be harming itself by damaging Chernobyl.
This is a suicide mission for soldiers sent to hold the power plant, and a bargain with the devil to intentionally damage.
