He was seen to be unwell recently, and they were later told that they could not talk to him due to an electrical problem.
Probably Putin’s murderous thugs’ way of saying Navalny’s neurons aren’t firing anymore. I hope I’m wrong but this doesn’t look good.

and sadly there is nothing that people can do about it. poisoned, railroaded and jailed. now missing. how fucked up is that.
