Sanders campaign accused of "trademark bullying"

chump? slapping? chops?

omg, Iā€™m certain there are forums just for TM talk, but a forum actually hosted on USPTO, thatā€™d end up a nightmarish pond of brackish bile super quick I think.

Omg are you still claiming that non-profits, charities and others donā€™t have the same common-law trademark protections as for-profit?

Youā€™ve already looked into it, you know youā€™re 100% wrong or you would cite.

Go ahead, you donā€™t even need law, just find one pdf or something with an expert making that claim. You canā€™t, itā€™s imaginary.

No, Iā€™m pretty sure he thanks you and all the other condescending white, middle class folks voting for Clinton.

You and people like you are the reason for Trumpā€™s success!

Weā€™re not condescending. Weā€™re patronizing. Thereā€™s a difference. Geez.

Yeah, but you were just dead wrong, right?

You said that common-law rules for unregistered trademarks donā€™t apply to non-profits. You just made that up for the sake of trying to win an argument. Now you are pointing out that my counterexample didnā€™t really disprove your false, invented point, like that makes me the fool. Well, if it makes me the fool then Iā€™m the fool who is saying the sun is coming up tomorrow. My point that when you make up BS to win an argument and someone calls you on it you should back down still stands.
