No it doesn’t. It breaks down when your water is going, but it has no idea where in the house the water is directed.
I’m guessing the app walks you through closing and opening different valves on the property until the leaks are identified.

So, cut down your expenses on utilities which are too damn high because of all the electric gadgets you have by buying another electric gadget that may or may not will make you use less water. Seems legit.
Good name. Sort if holding out for the one that can actually shut off the water if it detects a serious leak.
