All applicants to become a lawyer must pass the Bar Association exam in Californiaā¦ the failure rate on that exam is upwards of 50% on the first attempt. I have a friend who has a business teaching wanna-be lawyers how to pass the bar examā¦ She makes a comfortable living at it.
