Vice doesn’t quite go there, but the implication is that Instagram’s account recovery process has a corruption problem.
It’s a Zuckerberg company, so they don’t need to go there for us to understand that.
Cool, maybe for Christmas this year I’ll get some close family and friends banned from Instagram. Because I love and care about them.
Let me know when we can pay to get people banned from Facebook too!
This actually happened to me last year but I was reported for “impersonation”.
I eventually got the account back but more recently it was taken from me. The email was changed with no notification and it kicked me straight out of the account.
Of course there is not actual way to address this since zuck-ompanies don’t do any customer service.
