Texas Agrilife does some really interesting things. Great resource for all things plants in Texas. They even have a relatively cheap soil analysis program that both farmers and gardeners can use. Tests for heavy metals and many nutrients.

BLESS YOU. Yes, yes yes. Same family, different species. Hemps fell under the sativa branch. but of course now everything is blurred. What matters is THC content.
