I’ve seen the FLIP. It’s moored over at Point Loma, San Diego, right near the Scripps Institute dock. It’s much smaller than it looks in pictures.

Edit: In case anyone wonders what that vertical string of “Ball+Diamond+Ball” shapes are all about, they indicate a vessel is “restricted in its ability to maneuver.”
