Shut in sounds: Crowded House perform "Don't Dream It's Over" from isolation

The “Flying” part was the issue for me, not the “Tapes” part  I try personally not to do the "you got that on tape " thing to keep young eyebrows from rising, but it certainly doesn’t bother me  But are they really transporting files by actual aircraft flights? Maybe it wouldn’t surprise me…back in the 1980s I worked in a situation where we had nine track billing tapes that were transported half way across the (big) country when we also had secure file transfer facilities in place (and actually used the transferred files, not the tapes). It was very costly, too, as they were treated like the money they represented. I understand there may have been legal standing for the specific storage medium, but archive them locally, maybe?

Lovely! The chorus to this song is my hand washing song, it’s just about the right length. I assume my family are getting quite bored of me belting it out though.

Not sure if this appropriate but here’s a song with Paul on drums and vocals with my friend Cyndi Boste. Both are gone now and are missed so much. Perhaps give this a listen… it helps me through my isolation.

But flying is a perfectly good metaphor for email/ftp/whatever.
