Skinny, tall, ultramodern home on 16-foot wide piece of land

To be fair, the weather there balances the long, cold winter out by being around 100F for July. You do get a lot of blue sky over the winter though. Sitting in Michigan these last 20-ish years, I think it’s a good trade off. Otherwise you get all the heat, most of the cold, and a grey sky most of the time to boot. (Probably not much different in Toronto than Detroit as weather goes.)
