Can’t say I’m terribly surprised. When has capitalism not been used to exploit people?

I would love to know more about Starbucks’ vetting process for “ethical” sourcing. Their website (https://www.starbucks.com/responsibility/sourcing) seems vague.

How often do people go out and check the farms? What is the evaluation & auditing process? Do they do surprise inspections or do the farmers get notice, allowing them to “clean up” beforehand?
