There was another story about St. Louis brick theft a few years ago when it really started to pick up. It was particularly disheartening because when you got to the end it listed a few other cities that had been dealing with it for years, including Cleveland and Detroit. Somehow no one buying vintage bricks ever feels the need to ask where they come from.

I wonder whether the fact that the Khmer Rouge was EVEN WORSE is one of the facts that helps to enable this.
