While I dunno if I would call him the best, I did enjoy Ice Ice Baby like everyone else did in the 90s.
But, I do really like this song he did with Jimmy Pop of The Bloodhound Gang.
I dunno who is “the best” white rapper(s) is/are. I like Eminem well enough.
I also really like The Beastie Boys.
